Senior Companion Program Looking for Volunteers!
Participate by helping their peers maintain, regain, or discover their independence.
 They help by visiting frail older adults in their homes and assisting them as needed. To be a Senior Companion you must have a sincere interest in helping others, be age 60 or older and volunteer 15-20 hours a week. Defining and Recognizing Anxiety in Older Adults - Tuesday, July 23 
This workshop will help therapists better identify, understand, and treat anxiety disorders that may become present in older adults. Presenter, Ruth Ann Linnabary, is employed by the Central Ohio Mental Health Center as the Mental Health Liaison for the Council for Older Adults. She has been working with theolder adult population for over 20 years.
